[Well. Let's invoke some timeywimey in here. Obviously, the forces of Darkness (tm) and Orochi are on the rise, shit is terrible and Hisoka and Keisuke may or may not be actual incarnations of their representative gods.
Of course, if one was nearing other large revelations and wanted to find Hisokas, it is a school day and so, once more, Hisoka is (mostly) politely turning down scores of far-too-insistent admirers, in a tone and inflection that might signify she is very much wishing her powers were not quite so restricted. Particularly the part where she can fly.
Or perhaps one could catch her get rapidly less polite with an oddly familiar dude with way too many bad pick-up lines and something about the Moon Kingdom.
What do?]

No need to be so formal...[A pause, while she thinks.] We haven't taken you to a theater, yet, right?
[...She's plotting something.]
no subject
[Leaning back slightly, but he holds her all the same.]
no subject
Film, Retsu, live theatre is difficult to go see on a whim.
no subject
I... see. So let's go watch a film, then.
no subject
[Like, don't get her wrong. She likes hugs.
But hugs are not helping.]
no subject
[He'll let go, though.]
no subject
[Hisoka are you trying to fluster a sword.
Given she just grabbed his hand and interlaced their fingers to lead him off, probably yes.]

And now she's looking over the titles consideringly. Feel free to look at posters or ignore this ominous sense of doom.]
no subject
[Looking around. He might be completely oblivious and lost in his weird half-remembered recollections.]
no subject
Not always, but it's more common than when I was a child. Buuut--
[Pointing to one title in particular.] That one's not a sequel~ And is playing soon.
no subject
[He'll tilt his head one way, then the other, and follow her. Whatever they're watching, he could care less.]
no subject
Did she forget to mention this is a Zatoichi movie? She might have.
I mean, it's standalone so it's not technically lying, but. Enjoy the weird dance numbers and ridiculous gore and Hisokas snuggled right up against you!]
no subject
If she's paying more attention to him than the movie, she'll notice his eyes naturally seem to follow where all the strikes would go - and some extra twinges where he seems to think a kill-strike would have fit. He grows far more placid at the plot, regardless of what it is.]
no subject
Something wrong?
no subject
N-no.... why would there be something the matter?
no subject
[She can only assume when he twinges where there wasn't someone dead, someone should have been--she's better at reading people, or swords shaped like people, than she is swordplay.]
no subject
[He'll turn his head more, which means his lips almost brush hers.]
I will do my best not to show my response, then.
no subject
Your move, swordbro. c:]
no subject
[Well, he's not moving back, and he might, if anything, be holding her a little closer, bodily.]
no subject
[It is a genuine question, at least--she'll behave if he wants to watch the movie.]
no subject
[...Tracing a hand along the outside of her leg, though, as he says that.]
no subject
Oh? No preferences of your own? You are allowed to put in requests, Re-tsu~
[He slides a hand along her leg, hers 'accidentally' slips up his thigh. Game on.]
no subject
Nonsense. The least that I can do is make sure you're satisfied with our date.
[He'll just, of course, have to keep his hand sliding up along her leg then. Just happened, right?]
